Well, finally had my first grease fire with 2 pork butts on my Camp Chef. The unfortunate part is that I’m going to have 30 people over in 6 hours. Internal temp is currently 155. Are these toast (ha) or can I salvage it? I’m mostly worried they are going to taste burnt, and if they are I need to find some food I can order on short notice
