First time ever making ciabatta and also the first time ever making a sourdough bread.

The crust is fairly soft with very little crunch to it. I baked on a pizza stone and had a pan for steam.

Any helpful advice or criticism would be welcome!

    Inside looks great. Outside is a bit pale though – maybe needs some moisture in the oven or a higher bake temp.

    Was it salted? Higher temp would help with color as well.
