200 g crab meat (or imitation crab)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup fresh chopped dill
2 tbsp chopped red onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup Sweet Corn
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crab: shred the imitation crab into smaller pieces

2. Mix the dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard (if using), garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, a sprinkle of fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.

3. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the crab, red onion, bell pepper, dill, sweet corn, and the salad dressing.

4. Combine and Chill: Mix everything well. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
