
Tonight's dinner is on the right, smoked pork butt for pulled pork, and on rhe left is my entry in my local brewery's annual chili cook off happening tomorrow, an over the top shredded brisket chili. It might be time to invest in the Eggspander.

Right. Fill ‘er up and take advantage of the charcoal. When planning a weekend cook, I sometimes ask my neighbor if they want me to smoke a pork butt for them. Or I’ll smoke 1/2 of a loin for a few hours for freezer food.
