    Juice of 1 lemon
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    Drizzle of olive oil
    Romaine lettuce
    1/2 cup cucumber
    1/4 cup purple onion
    1/4 cup corn
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
    1/2 cup grilled shrimp

    Layer it all up for a fresh, delicious, and easy-to-grab meal!

    FYI : I typically do this for my husband and I for
    Two-three days max!

  2. My texture issues could never eat a pre dressed salad… id rather choke down a 5 dollar chicken sand from the hot rack at a circle K 😂

    But outside of that looks great and im sure its amazing fresh! 👏 Well done
