🌟 Ingredients:

200g lamb or beef (optional)
1 cup lentils (soaked)
1 cup chickpeas (cooked or canned)
2 large tomatoes (grated)
1 onion (finely chopped)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp tomato paste
Fresh cilantro and parsley (chopped)
Spices: turmeric, cinnamon, paprika, cumin, and ground ginger
1/4 cup vermicelli or rice (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
📌 Steps:

Sauté the onion, garlic, and meat (if using) in olive oil until browned.
Add the grated tomatoes, tomato paste, and spices, stirring well.
Mix in the lentils, chickpeas, and water or broth. Simmer for 45 minutes.
Add the vermicelli or rice and cook for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and parsley before serving.
