There are countless bread recipes that have existed for centuries that are ugly. A lot of Celtic breads aren’t going to win any beauty pagents any time soon, but you bet your ass I’d eat my weight in it. This loaf looks like it would slap with some butter and herbs on top. It looks like a delicious white fish.

I am proud of you for making this. I find breadmaking/ baking very theraputic for my anxiety and depression, and hope that you may have found a new hobby that helps you like it does me! (Add to that homemade bread is infinitely better for you, and I do believe good food is medicine.)
