Yes I know there are always healthier options but due to my budget are these ok? Trying my best to learn about what to avoid and what is it good for your body.

Watch the sugar content- all three products carry a lot of sugar which is a carb and will make you put on weight. Try plain yogurt, might taste off the first time or two but you get used to it

I switch out granola for pecans/walnuts and the chocolate chips for berries.

Nutritionist here, I love stonyfiekd probiotic yogurt! If you want a higher protein option, Greek yogurt is good as well. Technically has probiotics in it too, but if you want the extra probiotics for your gut then this is a great option. I do mine with a tablespoon of chia seeds, a quarter cup of raspberries & blueberries, and 10gs of raw honey. Tastes so yummy!
