    I have been baking for a long time, and my taste is always on point, but I’m extremely impatient on decorating so mine are usually a little shaggy looking. (I enjoy the newer term rustic, bc it sounds better than sloppy) This looks great!

    Any pointers on making it look nice? It is about time, patience, and giving a bloody darn? Are there specific techniques that helped you a lot?

    Also, sorry if bombarding, but what were you going for with lemon flavor? A subtle lemon flavor, an assertive one, or one that makes it clear that it’s a lemon cake but not a STRONG lemon flavor.

    Awesome time to be using lemons. 🙂
