I got nothing against the vegan part of it- this is just a rough photo though! Work on them angles and the lighting!

I’m not vegetarian but I grew up eating that way 90% of the time. I have tried to cook with seitan so many times and it’s always just…. Meh. I’ve never tried raw and cold in a sandwich lol did they season it?
