Fish Burger

Ingredients for Flour Mixture:
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Egg Batter:
Eggs 2-3
Milk 1 cup

Ingredients for Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Jalapeno 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Fried Fish:
Fish fillets (boneless) as required
Prepared flour mixture
Prepared egg batter
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Assembling:
Burger buns as required
Prepared sauce
Lettuce leaves
Fried fish
Cheddar cheese slice

Directions for Flour Mixture Preparation:
In a bowl add flour, paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, red chili powder and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Egg Batter Preparation:
In a bowl add eggs, milk and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Sauce Preparation:
In a bowl add mayo, jalapenos, mustard paste, black pepper powder, salt and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Fried Fish Preparation:
Take the fish fillet, coat it in flour mixture, then dip in egg batter and coat in flour mixture again.
Deep fry until fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
Take the burger bun, spread sauce on it, place lettuce leaf, fried fish and cheddar cheese slice on it. Then spread sauce again and place burger bun on top.
Your Fish Burger is ready.

    Why do Pakistanis consider Fish for frying or for tandoor mostly? Why not fish curry like in INDIA and Bangladesh.
    AS Fish tastes best with rice. ( But Pakistanis prefer fish Biryani)
