Pulled at 165F and let rest 15 minutes before carving. Made mashed potatoes with gravy and green beans. It was an open face sandwich locally called a Turkey Commercial. It was delicious.

That’s the breast turkey I’ve seen in awhile!! Looks delicious!

Looks good! What kind of seasoning did you use? For a future cook, I would suggest pulling it at a lower temperature, closer to 155. It’ll be hot enough for long enough to fully pasteurize and you won’t risk drying out the meat.
