Out of Oklahoma, that item number isn’t linked to anything. Same item here is #823021 and $71.63

First eggs become scarce or out of price. Next no more chickens I’m guessing

Just paid $105 for a case of 15 dozen in Austin

Time to threaten those American farmers with tariffs until they lower prices

That looks like a US Foods ticket. We ordered the same 30 dozen here in Virginia Beach this past Friday for a little over $80.

Edit: just realized it’s for two cases, so this is about the price it’s been since early Summer here.

We started using eggs from a local farm, it’s slightly cheaper and the quality is way better

  7. Its funny how all the conservative morons have become bird flu experts overnight rather than just blaming it all on Biden. There’s already one in this thread trying to educate us. I hate it here.

  8. **digs up recent PO**

    **WHOLE EGG TOTES : 10,000LB @ $2.52/LB : $25,200.00**

We get 3-5 of these weekly.

Anyway, RIP a few million chickens.

Christ what’s that work out to, $6.60/dz?

About time to start slinging easy tofu scramble videos

  10. MookiesMonkeyJuice

Sweet baby Jesus! I pay half that! Sysco, Indy.

  11. Groove4Him

$197.86 for 30 dozen = $6.60 per dozen. Pretty harsh for a restaurant to be paying retail.

  12. shermanhill

Goodness gracious, but i guess my 15doz probably prices out close to that. But oh lord that’s a sticker shock.

  13. MusaEnsete

Is that US Foods? Hell, I just made a Costco run for myself today where they were $.29 per egg; looks like you’re getting charged $.54 per egg.

  14. RoyalClient6610

    $197+ for 1 case? omg.

No wonder the orange stain doesn’t want the health department and CDC communicating with the public. He’s just out to destroy the country, inside and out.

Am I crazy, or is that 0.55 cents an egg?
    Wholesale??
    Holy crap.

I work for a distributor (I know, the devil). There is a glitch in my market where cage free egg prices have remained the same (something to do with them being contract priced) as they were before the price hikes. Of course, we have had to start locking these codes down as reps started converting customers.. But it could be something to at least inquire about.

Yeah, I’ve been buying eggs from US Foods and their prices are INSANE. I fortunately have a smaller supplier in my area that has them a little cheaper. So I switched my egg orders to them

  18. Biscuit_risk_assesor

I own a food truck and go thru about 200-250 eggs a week. It’s a breakfast/ brunch truck.

These egg prices and lack of availability can kiss my ass.

  19. shanarchy

Cheaper than I paid today $114.33/15 dozen 😅

  20. DrMantisToboggan45

Just got out of a breakfast/lunch spot, yeah that’s insane. Who’s your vendor?

  21. carefulnao

I don’t think that word means what you think it means

Get ready for everything to be way more expensive the second the nazi in chief starts his trade wars with Mexico and Canada as well. Fruits, vegetables, fish fucking potatoes, it’s all gunna go through the roof.
