Started my sourdough journey a few weeks ago and I think I’m finally getting the groove! Would love any feedback. I used a recipe from Little Spoon Farm. Refrigerated overnight after bulk fermentation, took it out in the morning and did 1-2 stretch and folds and let sit for another 1 1/2 hour because the dough looked like it needed a little more time.

  1. Well done OP, that looks absolutely fantastic! Also really like how little starter the recipe uses, it goes to show how a little goes a long way
