My favorite high protein filling lunch/dinner, inspired by P.f. chang’s Lettuce wraps! Roughly 600-700 calories and 37g of protein
Ground chicken cooked in oil of choice (I did olive and sesame)
Sauce of your choice ( PF uses hoisin, chili, garlic, soy, and rice vinegar)
Sesame seeds
Rice
Lettuce/Cabbage
Carrot @ Peanuts

I just made lettuce wraps tonight! I love them! I used chopped rotisserie chicken breast and made sauce with PB Fit, white vinegar, water, allulose, soy sauce, fresh garlic and a little Thai chili. So good and so low in calories! Sometimes I’ll add water chestnuts or make a mango avocado salsa for it. Tonight I made quick pickled sliced mini cucumbers.
