I’ve done lots of artisan style bread over the years but I’m really trying to hone my skills for various kinds this year. Did a lot of Pinterest and YouTube research and I think this turned out pretty good!

Beautiful!! I’m a longtime challah baker and my best tip for you would be to double egg wash it — that helps it get that deep brown gorgeous color 🙂 Well done!!
