The plant has got mealie bugs ☹️ there are a few methods of removal but honestly they suck and idk how to get rid of them on an edible plant.
ETA: however going around and booping all the mealie bugs with a qtip dipped in rubbing alcohol brings me a sense of joy as they turn brown and die ☺️

I would look at fertilome triple action its my go to for stuff like this

Try mixing up a diluted batch of dawn dish washing liquid and water in a spray bottle and give them a soaking every day until they are gone. Much easier than dosing with a q-tip. And no pesticides.
