Just my basic chicken, rice and veggies for lunch this week. (Nutricional info not exactly perfect but yea, just an idea)
Nothing special, Rice cook with garlic, frozen veggies in a tray with olive oil (60Minutes 200ºC)
For the chicken, dice it, put in a bowl with the greek seasoning (Just lemon, garlic, onions and oregano) with the lemon juice to marinate (or not it’s up to u, I haven’t done it today) and that’s it 🤷🏻♂️
Oh and the rice was probably like 300grams to cook, I’m not sure sorry.

Good balance, or at very least, favoring the veggies over more rice. Yeah, looking at the nutritional info, those numbers look a good bit off. Still, super easy, pretty clean meals. Enjoy.
What kind of app did u use for the ingredients and calories?
Oh I almost forgot, It’s around 150g rice, 150g veggies and 150/180g chicken 🤓
