Ingredients:
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 2-3 green chilies (chopped)
• 4-5 tomatoes (chopped)
• 200g paneer (cubed)
• Salt, 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp kitchen king masala
• Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
• 2 tbsp oil
For Roti:
• 2 cups wheat flour, water, pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Heat oil, sauté onions and chilies until golden. Add salt, spices, and mix.
2. Add tomatoes, cook till soft, then add paneer. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Garnish with coriander.
4. For roti, knead flour, roll into circles, and cook on a hot pan.
5. Serve curry with hot rotis. Enjoy!
