Converted my basic white into an enriched Ube loaf. 😱🤩
It was a complete success. Only slightly overproved it when I forgot about it in its bulk ferment. 😅

This is better than those other purple things I’ve seen on Reddit in the past few days. This looks edible at least the other things weren’t!! Gross warning! The other ones were ⚠️ >!Purple chicken feet (purple cabbage added to the soup) and balsamic vinegar poached eggs!< 🤮
