Everyone chill… it’s prob carnivore black rub that has activated charcoal in it…. Get those to 120 and then in a screaming hot cast iron pan for 45-60s a side 🤌🤌

What did you season them with? They look black. Curious not a criticism. Hope they turn out good for you. As others said get it to temp and do a good hard sear for a crust
