I suggest you should go visit the restaurants there who has 2 michelin star restaurant . Then explain to your fans how this dish or resto awarded as michelin star . Go out your kitchen and dine in different places.

Chef ! This brings me back to my early family life, back in New York ! We (an Italian family) ALWAYS enjoyed a seafood dinner on Christmas Eve ! We added to the shrimp (pan fried), and clams and mussels, Baccala (sea cured cod), Squids and Scungili (conch). Sometimes we added crab to the mix ! Add, of course, the FRESH Italian bread from the bakery on the corner ! WHAT A FEAST ! I'm an avid viewer and I look forward to your broadcasts. I was wondering if you could present a show with Pasta con la Sarde (in a sardine and fennel leaf sauce). In the Sicilian tradition, we use Bucatini (spaghetti with the hole in the middle) . . . absolutely DELICIOSO ! I miss those days ! Ciao Bella !

Chef, I am reading the menu….looks delicious. A little to fast for the recipe, talk about cleaning the the clams and mussels and sand…. As I understand it…..fish is delicate, like a fine French wine or a beautiful Italian woman.
