Making some hand raised pork pies to take to the pub later on.

The recipe is from a lovely chap on Youtube called John Kirkwood.

I have added different igrediants to the filling, and I make my gelatin with apple juice/sauce instead of savoury stock

If you want to make any sort of pie, this chap is a pleasure to watch.
