Not all sake are meant to be drank warm. I’ve drank a LOT of sake in my trip to Japan, and very few are served warm, most of them are served chilled, between 10c and 14c. It should be considered a white wine. Although I must say, I’ll drink it, warm or cold nevertheless, while wolfing down those nice looking pieces of sushi.
