Sourdough gentleman here. Tonight we made; Garlic sourdough bread, mayonnaise, leftover roasted beeve, a mix of Parmesan, mozzarella, and havarti cheeses (melted), Topped with a homemade salad of cabbage, with a mayonnaise and vinegar dressing. Was delightful.
I do love me some cabbage salad. Especially with a cuppa earl grey with milk.
