I scored a last minute reservation from a cancellation. Short of it is that I would say that is more of an “experience” for better and worse. There were 21 dishes served over about 2 hours, so it was pretty rapid fire without much time to linger. A lot of premium/expensive ingredients (i.e. caviar, truffle, foie, etc.) and some dishes were very creative. Food was generally tasty and the creativity made for some playful dishes (e.g. the “wonder bread”). One of the more pricey meals (just for the food) I’ve had though. All in all, we did enjoy the “experience” of it all.
