Recipe for Austin’s Romesco Sauce,
Romesco sauce is a traditional Spanish tapas dish. Austin’s Romesco is easy to make:
One (1) eleven (11) oz can of chipotle peppers in “abodo” sauce (whatever that is…)
Two (2) table spoons of olive oil
Six (6) cloves of sliced garlic
About sixteen (16) to eighteen (18) oz of oven roasted almond slices.
Run thoroughly through a powerful food processor, not quite until it become like peanut butter, when it is still slightly grainy.
Enjoy with chips!
Also great with sandwiches or just about anything!
