Having dined at è in the past, decided to eat here this time. It was very good, I do prefer è however. Foie gras cotton candy and Wagyu were standouts. Dessert was average, not even sure I got all of the dessert looking back at the menu. Sat at the bar, service was attentive.

Unrelated to the food but I hate that dining room. It looks cold and uninviting. Food looks excellent tho. I love the colors and plating
No waffle with foie gras foam? The cotton candy is also amazing.
Easily one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. I’ve heard for years it was going to move to a more relevant location.
Gonna be in LV this spring, excited to try Bazaar Mar.
That may look like a bowl of mashed potatoes with black truffle on top, but its actually a bowl of butter with black truffle on top.
Chicago location is nice as well.
I miss the Beverly Hills location
