  1. Ingredients:
    • 5 eggs (divide the egg yolks and egg whites)
    • 75g sugar
    • 7oz high 70% dark chocolate
    • 8tbsp butter

    Preparation
    • Whisk egg yolks and sugar together until fluffy
    • Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form
    • Melt chocolate and butter together
    • Fold in egg yolks with egg whites and chocolate
    • Pour into large bowl and refrigerate over night
