    Looks like びんちょう to me, bincho or albacore tuna.

    Hamachi is much fattier than albacore and not as dark as the albacore pictured here.

    Lol every time someone on here asks “what fish is this?” the answer is hamachi, aka the one that’s not tuna but not any of the other things either.
