I asked nonna too show me how to make her focaccia; she put these in front of me, and said ‘choose wisely’. Your choice, and why?

The Partanna one looks fancy, but the Nannina one a bit meh 😀
One shouldn’t judge books by the cover but ime when it comes to food, oil and wine it’s the actual opposite.
Jokes aside, I’ve also googled and have been reading enthusiastic reviews about Partanna extra-virgin oilive oil. Otoh, can’t find anything similar for Nannina.

I like the Partanna label more but the color of the oil in the Nannina one is better

Origin. Many olive oils are blends from multiple countries… single source, cold pressed, nearest press date, bottle color, oil color and thickness… All factors for bad vs great olive oil… but I wonder if she is referring to bitterness and peppery profile… in which case….
