I stopped counting calories 6 months ago, and gained 15 pounds back since and am finally getting out of my bad habits again, hopefully this time I don’t stop again.

I fast, so I start eating at 2-4pm, that’s why I’m fine having a higher calorie lunch like this!

I don’t usually add the calories for veggies but I did just to show what’s all on the sandwich, minus the salt and pepper I add to the tomato!
On the yogurt it’s cinnamon which I also don’t usually count.
I could definitely find lower calorie bread but I love sourdough!
