I bought a pack of 4 bread rolls that says each one weighs 60g (so 240g for the pack). Each roll claims to be 137 calories (for 60g) but after weighing them they all weigh 100g each. That’s a significant difference. Would you log them as 1 roll (137 calories) or their “true weight” (229 calories)

True weight and I would call the manufacturer to complain. Sometimes you can get free stuff out of it.

I would log them as their true weight, it’s really frustrating I know, it happens a lot

Yup! This happens with most of the bread I buy. I always weigh it. I get light English muffins listed as 80 calories for 57g but they all weigh about 68g. I will usually end up just scooping it out to equal 57g or whatever the nutrition info says
