I like my crust browned with butter 😩

I’ve been making bread for the past year. I kept using fast rise, and my bread just wasn’t rising enough. I realized that fast rise literally means it needs to rise once. So i switched to the regular yeast after figuring that out, perfect loaf (I also need to invest in a sharper bread knife)
