Quick and easy! Today we are making a simple baguette. This is a quick option that does not require much effort and time on your part, and the baguette turns out very tasty.
Ingredients:
450 g all purpose white flour
45 g whole wheat flour
305 g water, room temperature
11 g salt
100 g wheat sourdough starter 100% hydration at its peak
Bake 260C (500F) 15 minutes with steam + 7-15 minutes without steam until desired color
