I never see Turkish cheeses in this subreddit so here we go, this cheese is made in a specific part of Bolu, Turkey. It is similar to halloumi but it has a softer texture, the taste is also very similar to halloumi, I would say it is richer, it is typically made with a mix of cows and sheeps milk but the one I had was only made with cows milk, if you are in Turkey anytime soon, you should try some local cheese and I would recomend this one if you like halloumi.
