Did some tuna steaks tonight over some coal on the Weber. I think they came out alright for a first attempt. Marinated in soy, brown sugar, lime juice, and green onion. Hit it with some steak seasoning and a couple minutes a side produced this.

As someone who has never had anything but canned tuna. I would tear that up, looks good!
As I sit eating vegetable soup. I regret my dinner choice.
Honestly know nothing about cooking fish, is that considered more rare for tuna or is that just how its made?
For a good twist, sub the lime juice for orange juice.
