Despite the warnings I've seen on here, I decided to try it anyway. Spice is…okay but the taste….horrible. Tastes like drinking out of a mud puddle after it rained 2.5 days prior.

It’s better to make your own. Get a large glass jar, buy some jalapenos and habaneros, Maybe throw a minute fraction of ghost or something in there if you’re feeling dastardly. (It hits differently with alcohol, you don’t need to go that hot.) Let it set for a few days away from sunlight and extreme temperature.
I’m waiting on a particular jar to come in through Amazon and then I’m going to buy some ultra distilled vodka and peppers and give it a try myself.

Stone Brewing was one of the OGs to do this with their Crime and Punishment beers. Fairly brutal heat, especially for a beer. They were polarizing to say the least
