I'm not exactly sure why my tomato has freckles, I don't know if it's okay or if the discoloration is like that for some reason. I got this from my local BX and it came from a pack of grape tomatoes

Looks like some mild surface fungus, not harmful to you. It lives on the tomato while it’s growing, and after it gets harvested the fungus can attack the skin of the tomato. It usually stays at the surface so you can just cut it out and the rest of the tomato will be fine

Could be the start of anthracnose. But doesn’t look like a big deal.
