If anyone visits the NYT cooking sub, this dish is having a moment.

I cut the total oil amount in half. Swapped homemade cashew cream for the heavy cream. Subbed nutritional yeast for Parmesan. It was delightful.

    I didn’t have greens when I made this so instead I roasted some broccoli with garlic and nutritional yeast. Really good!

    it better be absolutely AMAZING at 841 cal, 52g fat, and 1309mg of sodium for a single servings of beans (per the original) LOL…

    i mean i’m sure it was significantly less with your modifications… but the original… hilarious…
