Overseasoned jerk chicken with undercooked basmati rice

Got woozy on mojitos and started cooking jerk chicken. Apparently my wife recounts me yelling “Demi glaze!!” While adding rum to the pan the jerked chicken was cooked in. From what I remember it was good but spicy af.
