Ingredients:
10 roma tomatoes, halved
2 red peppers, roughly chopped
1 yellow onion, roughly chopped
2 heads of garlic
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
3/4 cup fresh basil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Prep all veggies and spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with generous amounts of olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. For the garlic, cut the top of the head in the skin and put in tin oil. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and wrap the foil. Place on the the baking sheet.
4. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
5. Broil for another 5 minutes.
6. Add roasted veggies to a blender plus basil to a blender. Blend until combined.
7. Add to pasta of choice. Serve and enjoy!

i reccomend tomato sauce however you like, with ketchup to make it sweet, and melt a white cheese in the sauce. it comes out amazing. only thing is it dosent save very well for leftovers 😢
