Didn't use flour this time, after boiling I gave them a quick drizzle of oil and a shake before letting them cool. Into a tray with hot oil and turned the very 20 minutes for an hour. Really crispy exterior and a super fluffy interior. Thanks for the advice guys, I'm happy with this.
