Homemade Raspberries Jam
Recipe:
1 bag Frozen Raspberries (20oz bag)
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
You put one 20 oz bag of Frozen Raspberries and 2 tablespoons Maple syrup in a small saucepan. I start with medium heat and when it starts to bubble I lower the heat to low. I cook for around 10-15 min. I add 1 tablespoon Chia seeds, stir everything and turn off the heat. I let it sit until it cools down and then I put it in a glass container or a jar.
It lasts for about 2 weeks in a fridge.
