I usually make this into a blondie but i made this into a cloud cake situation today. 115 kcal, 18 g protein for all, full recipe and macros in 2nd and third pic! Also forgot to add 2 g baking powder , 10 g vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juice , 10 g etitritol ,45 g water and chopped up lemons .
Instructions:
– add dry ingredients to a bowl, add the lemon juice/ vinegar and water and stir, then add the chopped up lemons
– in a seperate bowl whip egg whites till bubbly, add eritritol and keep whisking till stiff peaks form
– add a tablespoon of stiff egg whites to the first mixture and mix , this is called lightening up the mixture
-lastly add your mixture back to the stiff peak bowl and fold gently
– oven bake at 175° for ~15 min-18 min depending on your oven , the thinner you spread it the less youll have to bake it , i highly reclmmend your try the blondie version (basicay pouring it into a pan where itll be thick enough)
-take out the oven, let cool and enjoy!
Note: you can add more eritritol if you like!
