Hoping for a bit of advice. My Morrisons delivery subbed my normal gammon with a slightly different one and I’d like to get it right when I cook it. I’ve attached pics.

I’d normally whack the usual one I get in the slow cooker for 5 or so hours on low covered in water.

The instructions on this one say to oven for about 90 mins. Can I do the slow cooker method above and then whack in the oven for 30 mins with this joint? Or is oven best?

It seems to have a rind or skin with a stamp on it, I assume I cut this off? Do I do this before or after cooking?

Any other tips welcome, I’d normally just experiment but need to cook it on Christmas Day so there isn’t time for that.
