Let’s make some simple banana bread!! Remember, banana bread is very customizable, so let me know what toppings/mix ins you like the best!
– Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
– Mash 2-4 brown bananas in large bowl (The darker the banana, the sweeter the bread & easier to mash!)
– Once mashed well, mix in: 2/3 C sugar; 1/4 C milk (I used oat milk, but you can pick any milk option to customize!); 1/4 C vegetable oil; 1 TSP vanilla extract (Or, measure with your heart 😉 lol); 3 eggs
– Once mixed well, add in 1 TSP cinnamon; 2 2/3 C Bisquick (May sub for other flour-like options, but you may need to research measurements in case of variation!)
– Optional: Mix ins!! I opted for chocolate chips and trilogy seeds, but you can add in anything you want at this step, or opt out for a simple banana bread!
– Pour the batter in your greased pan, then bake for 45-60 min! I started with 45 min, but I ended up needing to go to 60 min after doing the toothpick test at the 45 min mark.
– Let the pan/bread cool for about 10 min when you take it out of the oven & enjoy!
