I had this ramen (chicken stock, chicken noodles mostly), one Nutella tayaki thing (it had banana filling inside), 3 of these truffle and eel sushi and a mango souffle covered in chocolate. There's no grams and I got all this ordered by my friends as a surprise so I don't know the names of anything else except the ramen. I was surprised by this so I already had my maintenance calories and I'm wondering how this will effect my progress🥲
