That turkey is the shit, I’ve tried to recreate it but can’t quite nail it. Also the jalapeño havarti sausage is legit.

The pop of color on everything looks great. I feel like a lot of places really lack on presentation. I do feel like any potato salad that maintains the shape of a scoop/spoon, is probably overcooked though.
