  1. Here’s the recipe:
    Pasta: 3 cups flour, 4 eggs, olive oil.

    Filling: ricotta, Parmesan, Romano, mozzarella, salt pepper
    Just like 1/2 cup ricotta, 1/2 cup Parmesan, and a bit of the other two. Add salt, pepper. I chilled the pasta after cutting it and chilled the filling in the freezer for a bit.
